I was born in Mooresville, North Carolina and moved to Charlotte 38 years ago. I am licensed in North and South Carolina. I was elected four terms as Mayor of a small town in Union County from 1997 through 2005. From this experience, I have extensive experience with local municipal government with Planning and Zoning, Land Use Plans and working with builders and developers in both commercial and residential fields. I have worked with DOT officials on road construction and planning for eight years plus. The knowledge I gained working with government opened a new door for me in my career as I love working with both the private and public sectors with real estate. This is why I moved forward with my real estate career. I am experienced with short sales and foreclosures first time home buyers buyer and seller agent relocation and commercial. My family has military ties and I enjoy finding a military family a new home! I enjoy working with relocation and helping a new family find that perfect home as I am so familiar with the small towns and suburbs of Charlotte. During my tenure as mayor, the town started a police department. I have sold many law enforcement officers homes. I work with the GNND program and help teachers, law enforcement, Fire and EMS bid on lottery homes.
